M. Roth GmbH & Co. KG celebrates 40th anniversary and handover of business.

In 2022, M. Roth GmbH & Co. KG, based in Wiesenbronn, can look back on 40 successful years. The company was founded in 1982 by Manfred Roth and specialises in stainless steel tank and apparatus construction.

The company anniversary also marked the continuation of the company in the second generation by the entrepreneur's daughter Barbara Adler and her husband Martin Adler on 21.04.2023 at Gut Wöllried in Rottendorf.

A brief look back into the past: From the garage into the world

When it came to equipping the brotherly winegrowing business with new wine containers, the project of container construction began for company founder Manfred Roth with the first prototypes of stainless steel containers in his garage at home.

The success story continued to develop with the production of containers for the wine, juice, milk and beer industries.

In the meantime, a motivated and highly qualified team of more than 100 employees is responsible for the design and manufacture of the stainless steel containers, thus ensuring the high quality standards of the family-run company. Customers worldwide are the food and beverage as well as the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. All types of stainless steel containers from 1 litre to 3 million litres are manufactured.

Colourful programme at the company anniversary and handover ceremony

All employees and their families as well as well-known customers and suppliers were invited to the company anniversary and handover celebrations.

In addition to the classic speeches by the management, the festivities were framed by musical and acrobatic performances.

Manfred Roth gave a review of the past 40 years of company history. With the historical chronology, the steady, sustainable growth of the family business was made clear and the company philosophy "Experience and Innovation since 1982" was explained.

Barbara and Martin Adler looked back on the completed business handover process and gave an outlook on the future development of the company under their management.

The symbol of the tree as the central theme of the speeches symbolised the development of the company. Thus, Manfred and Waltraud Roth planted the tree seed from which 40 years later a stately tree could grow, which now stands in full splendour with a root system reaching deep into the ground, the foundation of the company, a stable trunk and strong leading branches, the management team as well as every single important leaf, the employees, and can be taken over by the second generation.

As a token of gratitude for the successful handover of the business, Barbara and Martin Adler presented the outgoing managing directors with a wooden work of art in the form of a tree bearing on its leaves the values of their joint past and future actions, such as respect, tolerance and appreciation.

Donations instead of gifts

A handsome sum of donations was collected for a project close to the heart, the Lebenshilfe Kitzingen e.V., which has set itself the task of creating a better understanding of the special problems of people with mental disabilities, of supporting the integration of disabled people into society as well as the establishment and promotion of all measures and facilities that provide help for people of all ages with a mental disability.
